HVAC and Chilled Water Production

The UCF HVAC Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the campus building Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.  The goal of the UCF HVAC Department is to provide comfortable conditions while maintaining energy efficiency at all times.

The UCF Chilled Water Production Department is responsible for operations and maintenance of the campus chilled water plants, thermal storage tank, and all associated pumping and piping systems.  The goal of the UCF Chilled Water Production Department is to provide reliable delivery of chilled water for use in the campus building air conditioning systems.
