The Work Control Center (WCC) is the hub of the Physical Plant. It's also one of the busiest areas of the Plant (probably one of busiest areas on all of campus!) All incoming work order requests become active work orders in the WCC. From the WCC, a work order is then disseminated to the appropriate department for execution. Not only do all work orders for any area of the Physical Plant go through WCC, but all Key Requests for the Campus are processed through WCC and completed keys picked up at WCC. Work Control Center also acts at the "base" for the Physical Plant's intricate 6 channel two-way radio system. This Center is the main contact point between the Physical Plant and the University at large. As such, they are an invaluable asset. We could not operate without them.
