Physical Plant Personnel is not a division of UCF Human Resources, but an actual part of the Physical Plant. As a department with around 275 to 300 positions and roughly 250 positions filled at any given time, the department needed its own personnel area to deal with the day to day personnel issues that constantly arise. Our personnel department works closely with UCF Human Resources and follows its policies.

Personnel is responsible for the Physical Plant department hiring, job postings, paycheck dispersal, position upgrades, promotions, and more. Our personnel department deals with such diverse issues as Worker's Compensation, benefits, disputes, job equity and many other issues.
